Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Tori Nails School, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized education. Due to the individualized nature of our training and the immediate access to educational materials, all purchases are subject to the refund policy outlined below.

By purchasing our services or digital products, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Course Payments

All payments for training courses are final and non-refundable.

Because training is delivered in an individual format and a date is reserved specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for:

- change of mind

- scheduling conflicts

- personal circumstances

- dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

3. Scheduling & Attendance

Course dates are scheduled individually after payment.

If you fail to attend the scheduled session:

- the session is considered completed

- payment is forfeited

- no refund will be issued

4. Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen situations may occur.

✔ One reschedule is permitted with minimum 72 hours notice.

✔ Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may result in loss of the session.

✔ Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined.

Rescheduling does not entitle the client to a refund.

5. Instructor Cancellation

If a session must be cancelled due to instructor circumstances:

✔ a new date will be scheduled at no additional cost.

If rescheduling is not possible, alternative arrangements may be offered.

6. Digital Products (Method Guide)

All digital products, including the method guide, are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot revoke access after delivery.

7. Deposits & Partial Payments (if applicable)

If a deposit option is offered:

- deposits are non-refundable

- deposits secure your training date

- the remaining balance must be paid as agreed

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid cause may result in:

- suspension of services

- refusal of future bookings

- submission of this policy and purchase agreement as evidence to the payment provider

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extreme and verifiable circumstances may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

Approval is not guaranteed.

10. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
