Tori Nails School provides:
- Individual manicure training courses
- Professional skill development education
- Digital educational materials (method guides)
- Consultation and post-training support
All services are delivered in an individual format.
By purchasing a course, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old
- you have a minimum of 2 months of experience working as a nail technician
- you understand the course is designed for skill improvement, not beginner training
- Course dates are scheduled individually after full payment is received.
- Scheduling is arranged based on mutual availability.
- Clients are responsible for attending at the agreed date and time.
Full payment is required to reserve your training date.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as:
- Stripe
We do not store your payment information.
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
- One reschedule request is permitted with at least 72 hours notice.
- Requests made less than 72 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the training session.
- Repeated rescheduling may not be accommodated.
Due to the personalized nature of the training:
- All course payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for missed sessions.
- If the training cannot be delivered due to the instructor’s circumstances, a new date will be scheduled.
Digital products (including method guides) are non-refundable once delivered.
All training materials, manuals, and educational content are protected by copyright.
You may not:
- reproduce
- distribute
- share
- resell
- publish
- teach using these materials
without written permission.
Violation may result in legal action.
Training is designed to improve skills and technique.
However, results depend on:
- individual practice
- prior experience
- dedication and application
We do not guarantee specific income levels or business outcomes.
Clients must inform the instructor of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect training.
We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
Tori Nails School shall not be held liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- business losses
- client dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
You agree not to:
- misuse the website
- attempt unauthorized access
- copy or redistribute content
We may use third-party services including:
- payment processors
- scheduling systems
- analytics tools
We are not responsible for third-party policies or services.
